Because every piece is crafted to order, production takes 3–5 working days after your proof is approved, plus shipping time. Need it sooner? Message us and we'll do our best to expedite.

Yes — a free digital proof is included on every order. You'll see exactly how your names, photos and colours look before we print a single layer.

Custom pieces can't be resold, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns — but if your order arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, we'll remake or refund it, no questions asked.
